Two of my absolute favorites and IMO two of the most beautiful carols are 'Oh Holy Night' and 'O Come All Ya Faithful'.

'O? Christmas Tree' is another very good Christmas carol and 'Twelve Days of Christmas' is a good one too. There are so many good carols I can't write them all down.
