UVaWise has already rejected the soccer proposal once, and even with a private donor wanting to fund the entire program. So, we're trying it again

I would think so as well since that is who Wise plays in sports other than football. I couldn't find anything based on soccer for them, but that might help you out for at least a budget proposal if that person is allowed to give that information. Someone actually from the college athletic department may have to call though.

is it for men's and women's soccer? Have you talked to Coach Spenilla or Tori Rabi-Gentry? They could tell you why or why not. Plus, could it be possible that they switch the MSC Conference for all sports? Instead of playing in both conferences?

I'm pretty sure the college already rejected the idea once, because of budget cuts and such.
I think they are switching everything to MSC conference in the next year or so.
