When a player comes to the line to shoot free throws, and recieves the ball to shoot, am i correct in saying no time out can be called until AFTER the shot?

Team shooting can call time-out correct? Opposing team can not.
That's what I was thinking too, once the ball is in the shooters hands. I've seen it done otherwise if its sort of one of those situations where one official is giving up the ball as another hears the coach, which came first chicken or egg type things, but lord knows I don't know all the rules, derivatives or interpretations [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif[/img]
What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.
Thats pretty common there Rock. Definitely seen it a million times. Sort of like coaches trying to get a TO in football before the snap or play clock expiring.
