-Information about who your team is gonna be....
-if you choose to accept it...
-and message will self destruct in 5 seconds....

Or

Everyone meets at a secret place on Tuesday (The Refs for a specific area)
Everyone is wearing masks to hide their identity
Everyone has a huge double elimination Paper Rock Scissors show down starting with the losers having to go to the "Crappy game that week" and the winners the "Game of the week"
