Umm, I?m not sure if this is the right place for doing so, but I just wanted to express my deepest sympathies to the Eto upon the loss of her grandmother.
If that?s not appropriate here, sorry and please feel free to delete this entry.

It's all right, Ellian... I just wanted to say thank you.
I should be the one apologizing, bringing my own personal problems into my comic... But I needed to do a strip, and there was nothing else on my mind, so I did the best tribute I could manage.
Thank you, though. I appreciate it more than I can say.

No, it's perfectly fine that you bring this to attention. The loss of a loved one can be painful, as I myself can relate. But you must always remember that life is a beautiful story that never truly ends. Where we think one chapter ends, it is the mere beginning of another, even greater one. I'm sure your grandmother is now smiling down on you from heaven, knowing that despite her physical departure, she will always be there, right there waiting and praying for you. You'll miss her, but as long as you remember how much she loves you and you love her, she has never really left. God bless you.

Sorry about bringing your personal stuff into the comic? What's wrong with that? Isn't that what makes something that you create into something more? Isn't that what one is suppose to do when doing something creative?
I'm sorry about your gran.. I lost mine two years ago... Don't be sad. I'm sure she wouldn't want that. Just live your life always remembering her, and she'll live in the memories.

I completely agree with StarFox and Mare Lise, to me there is nothing wrong with bringing "personal stuff" into a comic. In fact, I?ve seen other artists do so as well, and I think it?s perfectly ok. Isn?t art a means to express and share your feelings? Additionally, IMHO, readers like to be supportive. So showing compassion is a possibility to return a little bit of the happiness you (Eto, of course) amply hand out to us.
Off-topic: Since I?m new here, I?d like to nicely say hello to all of you.
