Curious about the Magic Loop? After listening to Knit Picks Podcast, I googled Magic Loop, originally to find the article Kelly P. was referring to. I stumbled onto a YouTube video of how to work the Magic Loop. So, you could google it for the YouTube or there is supposed to be a site if you google Magic-Loop make sure you include the hyphen for the site Kelly P was referencing.

Just from watching the video, it looked a little clumsy handing the two long ends and sliding stitches back and forth. Maybe with practice it will get faster than my DP's. I am curious to try it.

Just wondering what other's thought if they've tried it.

Hey there! Magic Loop is a slight misnomer; nothing in knitting is *really* magic -- it just looks that way. Joan, I am sure, can fill us in on the history of this technique.
Joan showed me how to use it on some project or other last year. I'm happier with two circulars, as I always end up with a ladder or two on ML. That's just me, though.
    Joan?
