On our recent vacation to the coast, we stopped off at the Darlingtonia Preserve, just on the north side of Florence. As we pulled out to head on north to Yachats, I looked up catty-corner and slightly north of the exit, and read "YARN"! Wow. So in we went, and there is indeed a yarn store. Not the greatest, but one thing I really appreciate is that she carries Paton's Classic Wool in zillions of colors. This is one of my favorite yarns. She had some other yarns that were new to me and it was definitely worth stopping by. I wouldn't drive out there *just* for the yarn, but I'd definitely stop when we pass through.
cheers! and see y'all on Thursday

I am thinking I really like this blog, hostboard....thanks Meredith. It's taken a learning curve, which thanks to Dale I am figuring out. It's a great way to disseminate information and respond to each other. I feel an itching to drive to the coast........yarn anyone?
