If you have been sending e-mails to American Girl Customer Service lately, then you probably noticed a change in their "Recieved your e-mail" message. It use to say the following:
Dear American Girl? Customer,
Thank you for your e-mail to American Girl. You will receive a reply
from us soon.
Sincerely,
American Girl Customer Service
Now it says:
Dear American Girl? Customer,
Thank you for your e-mail to American Girl. Please know that your
correspondence is important to us. If your inquiry is service-related,
we will respond to your issue as soon as possible. We appreciate your
patience.
Sincerely,
American Girl Customer Service
I'm sure they have received tons of e-mails from their very unhappy customers. And I bet you know why...
