Is there anything specific you'd like to see her in? I have a large collection of the more recent AGT items, and a bunch from the mid 90s as well, with a couple from in between, lol.
Elizabeth is very pretty, and makes a great modern girl. She has long, really pretty, shiny, wavy hair. However, as Eleanor said, Jess will only be around for another 4-5 months, whereas Elizabeth probably won't be going anywhere.
