Here is what I do: I right click on my photo, then email it to myself. My program asks if I want the picture to be sent smaller. I click yes. Then...I go to my email, open the picture I just sent to myself, right click on it, and save it back into my picture file. It then uploads wherever I want it to!

It's a round about way of doing it, but it works for me!

I use Photobucket (www.photobucket.com) and resize my picture to 25% of the original. It took me awhile to figure this out, but it's easy now!

Ok, I have asked this sooo many times now and no matter how hard I try, I just cannot figure it out. Im TERRIBLE at this kind of thing! I have no idea what anyone really means by resizing the pixels and have no idea where I do that or how. All I can do is try 'croping' my picutes in the kodak software but that doesnt seem to help. AAAGGHHH Is anyone wiling (and have the patience?) to walk me thru this? Im about to punch my computer Im so frustrated!

Im having complications again I just went to switch my avator to the other picture that GreyMyst resized for me (its a close up of Lissie and Addy's faces) and the custom choice won't appear in the list of avators after I upload it. What am I doing wrong?

Nope, I tried uploading my picture again and it still didnt work, it was still the painting when I went back to it and the custom option was not in the list. Oh well.

This is kind of silly but back when I didn't know how to resize an avatar I used to set up to sell an item on ebay without actually submitting the listing, copy the saved and resized picture on my computer and then upload it on HB from there. Alot of work for one picture!!
