New GT23 arrived with a shiny spot on the tip of her nose. Her head was not secured, I thought maybe the rubber band had broken but wasn't even in the box.
I'm guessing it is from hitting aginst the wrap during those few days of travel.

Can someone tell me what works?

Thanks so much

You should send her back for a new one.

Lara, you know that was my thought also. The additional hair tie is broken, the book is scuffed and the foam wrap had holes all over it; I'm just wondering if it could have been a return that got missed in QC.

Also two dolls were ordered and one was the wrong doll, AG is sending a shipping lable to return her and sent out the correct one, should be here Tues.

This whole order was a bit strange, I've never encountered this many QC issues, all at once anyway.

Thanks

One of my #25's came with a big scuff on his upper cheek straight from AG. I was so P.O.'d about it. I'm after some Maic Earser today. I'm hoping that it'll fix it.
