Pre Mattel Felicity's Hair Length????

Okay. I know that Pre-mattel dolls have redder hair but, what about length. I have found one that I am considering buying but,
I'm not sure if her hair has been cut or not. It is in a braid down her back right now and doesn't reach her waist. I would say about mid-way down her back. Is this right? I'm pretty sure that she is pre-mattel.

Can anyone help>>>>?

I think my '97 Felicity is midway down her back, but then again mine has a huge strip on the right (if you're looking at her face to face) that is longer than all the rest. (sorry I'm not better help, Lissie is at home).

Now I have to decide if I'm going to add her to the family or not.

I MAY have to hide it from DH for a few days if I do. I'll be posting either tomorrow or Wed. the reason why and you'll understand. Long story short, Lissie is the only one I haven't bought from this lady and she is CALLING to me!!!! LOL
