I've been WANTING to turn Molly's lamp on, but I can't get the bottom off to put batteries in. Silly, I know, but I just can't do it. It won't come off! Anybody got any tips to help me? Or did I get a defective one? Thanks.

I'm sorry! I would help, but I don't have her lamp.......
I have Kit's, though. It just takes a small Phillips (sp?) screwdriver. Or maybe molly's involves having to push and slide the cover out of place. Just a thought. Hopefully someone will know.

Take a tiny screwdriver to gently pry bottom off; should be easy to tell where to do this. If, after putting batteries in it doesn't work, open & reverse batteries. There's nothing to let you know which direction to put them, but isn't the flat part of the battery to be where the spring part is & the other end of the battery opposite?
Hope this helps.
edited to say not a phillips screwdriver
