Oh, she's so cute! Your pictures of Akiko are VERY tempting! I LOVE her in those glasses, and that outfit is so cute. I wish I had bonded more with Jess when I saw her in person. But after seeing my cousin's Jess and all those displays at all three AGPs and still not liking her, I don't think Jess will be coming home to me. But it doesn't change how cute she is in certain online photos!

I know exactly what you mean... when me and my friend went to AGPLA (we're 15) we got a lot of funny looks from the little girls, but none from any of the adults.

Congrats on Jess and on taking a doll out in public. Having my DD certainly helps when we take the dolls out but I've noticed that the only people who are usually interested are girls who either have AG dolls and want to tell us all about them or girls who wish they had AG dolls and want to tell us whom they plan to get!

Your Jess is very cute--the glasses and the plaid pj's are adorable. It is too bad I didn't bond with Jess because she sure is cute in your picture and quite a few other HBer's pictures too.
