Something odd about the new AGT page...

Has anyone else noticed that the pictures of the AGT's on AG's updated Choose Your Doll page look kind of odd?

They don't look like actual photographs to me, but more like computer-generated images--especially AGT#4, who looks really strange, almost "photo-shopped", if you know what I mean. (Check the close-up.)

I'm not what you'd call computer-savvy, but these new pictures look definitely "off", and not like real pictures of the products at all. [img]graemlins/hmmm.gif[/img]

I'll be very interested to see one of the new catalogs! [img]graemlins/wonder.gif[/img] [img]smile.gif[/img]

That was my first impression. I also noticed that the dolls look paler and their hair is lighter than it really is.

Yeah, they do, especially #28 and #4. #26 looks a lot paler than she does in real life, but I think the picture of #23 looks better than she did before.

I noticed that too. I was asking my mom and she didn't notice. They changed their hair,etc. And they do look photo-shopped [img]confused.gif[/img] And super pale! I hope more people notice this, because its not good if they are starting to 'act' like thats what they look like and all.

American Girl has been kind of odd lately [img]confused.gif[/img]

I agree. It's very odd-looking! [img]eek.gif[/img] [img]confused.gif[/img] AGT 27's hair looks very platinum, almost like AGT 22's hair!

Ok...that's a little odd looking...

#4 looks really REALLY ugly and creepy (no offense to anyone with #4, I think she's cute, but NOT in those AGT pics!) it freaks me out!

Her nose looks HUGE, and her eyes look crooked (sp?) Does NOT do AGT #4 ANY justice at all.
