My Very First Doll has finally arrived! (AGT #28) (BIG PHOTOS)

Much to my surprise, when I finally hobbled out of my bedroom this afternoon for breakfast, a big brown box was sitting on the dining room table. What a wonderful way to brighten my nasty day. [img]wink.gif[/img]


I took it to my bedroom right away, of course, though I did some quick tidying before taking the photos.

She had to wait until I got a full photo, though. She would have jumped out if she weren't securely belted in, for her safety!

Here's Emily in her box. She said her trip was a bit rough, and she never wants to go on an airplane again. Yuck, air sickness! You can see how her hair was messed up in the turbulence.

There's Beatrice, already insisting on borrowing the computer to check out AG sites so she can find some better shoes. Her boots are way too hot for Florida weather. Thank goodness we had the beachside outfit for her to wear. The chinos and striped shirt are way more comfortable to lounge in than her skort and flower blouse - and it doesn't look as odd without shoes.

Cute, but we all want to know what was in the other boxes? Congrats on your new girls! They are gorgeous, I especially like the JLY.

Oops! I forgot to mention the other boxes! Beatrice and Emily were accompanied by their accessories. I thought I'd be getting some other outfits and shoes when they arrived, but apparently that box won't be here for a little while yet. [img]biggrin.gif[/img]


Also, Emily has been kept in her box and is resting right now until she feels better. I can really only keep one doll, so we're going to find her a new home where she can be properly loved and won't be traveling much, since she doesn't like that!
