Who makes the girl size dresses?

Several weeks ago, I remember seeing a post with an album for someone who sews the girl size matching dresses.

I am very sorry I don't remember who it is, just that they were fantastic! I am hoping to perhaps get a Kirsten meet outfit for DD for Halloween. Please let me know if you are interested with the cost, etc. She is a size 7. Thanks!!

I, also, make Matching Dresses and have sold them on ebay for the past year. I don't have any matching up at the present, but plan to list some soon.
