    Question

    Is Pleasent Company Publications owened still by Pleasent Rowland or does Mattel Own it. Being that they own the dolls? Just wondering about this.

    Pleasant co. is no longer publishing.
    The new books have "American Girl" as editorial house.

    It will change from Pleasant Co to American Girl gradually like all the other things gradually changed over. Publications is still located at the Middleton Headquarters and IS a divison of Mattel along with the rest of the company.
