Which would you buy and why??

Ok need help which would you buy and why? I was told it is the same doll .
OK here it is would you buy Baby Polly and cradle or The Ag Baby and Stroller set.

Hmm, I'd say if you have Felicity and/or have mostly historicals, then definitely baby Polly. If you're mostly an AGT collector, go for the stroller set.

Personally, I think the Polly set is cuter. And the cradle is adorable as well!

Does anyone have these babies? Any pictures?
How do they look with the girl dolls for size accuracy?
I am assuming their eyes don't close. Can they sit?

The ag one is in the last book on page 14 it shows the doll holding her and it looks fine .i dont know how well they sit . I do know that there eyes dont close . that is a shame i think . My poor DD is so confused she wants one but dont know which one .I like polly best and I think she like the other . Why do they have to cost so much they are only 9 in long? Which is the best for the money?

I am going to go for baby polly. I imagine in years to come she will be worth more because she has an antique look to her gown and bed. I think that Baby Polly will be more appealing to people who are non AG collectors than say the baby for AGoT

I would personally get baby polly because I'm more into old looking things. But each person is going to be different. You need to ask yourself what is going to be its purpose. If its for a little girl... its gonna be tough as I imagine it would be alot of fun to have your doll push a little stroller around.

I don't care for the stroller so I will be getting Polly. Her gown is beautiful and the cradle is pretty nice.

Nicole, I have only seen the dolls but I think you're right, the eyes don't close. They seem like a good size for the 18". And they only sit as well as a regular BB.

Ladydi, the dolls aren't nearly 9" long. I think they are more like 6" at the most.

I would definitely get Baby Polly. Personally, I think she looks cuter than the AGT doll and her clothes look really antique and colonial.

I was at AGP Chicago yesterday and saw the cradle and saw the stroller. The stroller is cheap looking made of plastic like the wheelchair. I don't know what the cradle is made of, but it did look really nice. I'd go for Polly.
