Have you ever attended an AG Fashion Show?

Hi everyone! I haven't posted in a long time, we have been so busy here with BTS. I recently received an invitation to attend an American Girl Fashion Show. Tickets are $30.00 adult or child with the proceeds going to Gilda's Club of Metro Detroit, the price includes "treats, favors, prizes, and more". Will my daughter's ages 9 and 5 enjoy this? I would love to take them if I thought they would really like it. What do you all think?

We took our Brownie Troop to that one last year. The ladies did a very good job. The girls all LOVED it. It's so cute to see all the girls dressed like their dolls. If you decide to go, get your tickets NOW.

Take plenty of money with you if you go. They have a few items to purchase (baseball hats for girls and dolls, t-shirts etc). They also had a photographer with a backdrop that said AG Fashion Show and the date. Then there are the raffle items. They are very nice items, but they combine all the shows together, then pick the raffle tickets after the last show. They did it different at the show we went to the year before. They raffled off items at every show. That's how Emily won Kaya.

We're going to our local one Saturday. It's the 10th anniversary, so I figure it would be good. Anyway, I've known people who have taken 3- and 4-year-olds who have absolutely loved it. Attendees can have their photos taken with the models, and at that young of an age there is still a magic of make-believe (as in, these girls REALLY thought they were getting their picture made with Samantha ... or Molly ... or Felicity). But tickets, and if you don't like it you can leave and still have a nice tax deduction.
