Whenever I watch this movie, I always think about what happens when I leave the room and my AG dolls come to life like Woody and Buzz. This also is a good reminder that all our dolls need to come off the shelf every now and then so they can share a little bit of our lives with us.

What made me beleive this, is the movie & book A little Princess & my mom told me so & her stories about my "friends".

Thanks for the reminder, Katie! We had forgotten about it and missed the first 20 minutes but little DD doesn't seem to mind.

First time I saw this movie I actually cried when she sang the song about being neglected. I was actually on a date, and the guy must have thought I was a lunatic.
I went home, apologized to the girls (on the shelf, not under the bed) and changed them.

My children are obsessed with the Toy Story movies, in very gender-specific ways. DD adores Jessie. On her list of favorite dolls, we have the AG and friends, and then Jessie. She wants a Jessie outfit for her AGs something fierce. I've seen a few on EBAY but never managed to snag one...hoping to find one in Orlando next month when we go, if they're still manufactured.
