Now I'm worried about my Emily doll. I'ver heard so many stories about her arriving with problems. My Kirsten was perfect, but no one ever complains about her. I'll tell my mom to look her over when she arrives in the mail. I have a feeling she would sneek a peek anyways though.

I ordered #23 for my niece and when she arrived, she was crosseyed. She was actually frightening! I called customer service and they told me to blow on her eyes. It didn't work, so they sent me a new one and I returned Miss Crosseyed. She freaked my mom out pretty bad and I wanted to take her out of the box and put her by my mom's bed when she woke up.

Thanks for the reminder! My MIL ordered #23 for Dd for Christmas and she is the only one that has seen her! I guess I need to go and look her over so that she can be exchanged if there are flaws. I didn't even think about it since she went to my MIL's house!
Thanks for the heads up!

Here's something else to check for - make sure you have the right doll. I ordered a JLY #11 and received Elizabeth!!!
