    Question

Does the tea caddy open? What's inside? How big is it?

    Thanks!

Yes, it does open. Don't know the measurements offhand, though (caddy is at home, I'm at work).

I don't know the measurements, but it isn't very big. I have it and their is nothing inside.

Thank you both! Actually, the meansurements aren't that important, so never mind that. You've answered my main questions, and that's very helpful.

We don't like the tea set pattern much in this house, but do like the little caddy and have the opportunity to get one separately for a good price. I think we'll do that and pick up a different tea set, if we can find one with handle-less cups.

    Thanks again!

You might call AG and ask for a CS about replacement part for the caddy. It really is cute. Also ask them about the retired tea set, it can't hurt they might still have a replacement set. The caddy is about 2 inches long and about a inch wide. Give or take.

You can still get the cup/saucer from the retired tea set as a replacement - we did just a few weeks ago. It's much prettier than the new ones in my opinion, so we got two more to make a set of four. You can also still get the chocolate cups and dishes.

Last time I went to TJ Maxx they had doll-sized tea sets. I don't know if they would still be there or have them in your area. I would try for a replacement.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Oh, that's a good idea. We like the old pattern much better. Personally, I like the idea of using a silver serving service best of all, and adding china cups/saucers.

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions & tips!
