I e-mailed aG to ask them if they had the replacment code for Felicity's guarders, & this is their reply...

not available as a replacement part at the present time. We do try to
offer the most frequently requested small parts as replacements and it
is possible that this item may be offered in the future. Replacement
parts cannot be purchased online; however, an adult is welcome to call
us at 1-800-845-0005 to inquire about the availability and price of
replacement parts.

they come in her shoes and socks as well as her accessories- which is probably why they aren't available for replacement, yet. If you don't have her shoes/socks, that would be one way to get them without getting all the accessories again. (Although they did change them, so if you have the old ones... you could get the new cap/necklace too. The shoes/socks would be cheaper)

I think the original idea of shoes and socks (and ribbons) was to act as the replacement part.
