I only charge exact shipping plus $.50 for delivery confirmation. I have only had positive feedback from buyers. I ship the day after I receive payment. I take MO, Cashiers checks, personal checks (wait to clear) and Paypal. I also have done layaway with a no refundable deposit (towards purchase).
