TIP How to get Jess's Accessories to lay flat

Mattel has placed the camera and sunscreen for Jess on plastic lanyards and when they ship them they are bent out of shape. I fastened them first, covered the plastic camera with a towel, and then used the steam iron to steam over the top of the plastic cording, being careful not to let it touch the cording. It not only softened the stiff plastic, it seemed to allow it to hang properly. I did the same thing with the sunscreen and it worked too. They no longer look like they are jetting out of Jess's chest and appear as they do in the catalog. I hope this helps someone else too.
