Most Westies are not snow-white unless they have just been bathed and groomed and haven't been outside yet. Most of the ones I know prefer to be dirty!

My neighbor's Westie was off-white, like Coconut, with some places yellower than others. Ours is also off-white, very authentic!

My daughter decided yesterday that both Coconut and Licorice are girls. It took her a while though......

Did you know that Lassie, a female dog on the tv show, was played by male dogs? They were easier to train.

Well when DD get's him/her in a couple of weeks on Easter morning she'll decide gender! She usually switches her animals back in forth depending on how she is playing at the time. I think I just assumed boy for some reason!

    Thanks!!!

Me and my cousin both have a coconut and she is an off white. When I opened up the package I thought she would be a snow white. I was surprised.
