Tropical Breezes sandals code

HI,

I ordered the Tropical Breezes outfit & it arrived with NO pineapple on either sandal. They are perfectly made...just "pineappleless" [img]eek.gif[/img] [img]confused.gif[/img] Anyone else have this problem? I contacted AG & they sent me new sandals w/ pineapple charms attached this time. They told me to keep the first pair of sandals. If anyone wants to order the sandals, I have the invoice & they are:

I ordered this outfit for a friend, and they also came without the pineapples, I did'nt call to say anything, but maybe I should.

You paid for pineapples, so you should get pineapples! [img]tongue.gif[/img] I just sent AG an e-mail & they responded right away.

Long story....I bought the outfit for a Bday present for DD's friend. Shipping was sloooow (or maybe I waited a bit late to order it [img]redface.gif[/img] ) so it did not arrive in time for the party. I e-mailed my sil who graciously let me have her outfit from her own stash. When my outfit finally came in I was to return it to her. The outfit came in for my sil & that was the one missing the pineapples. ACK! [img]eek.gif[/img] Luckily, it is all working out & my sil will now have her complete outfit safely back in her stash until my niece gets it next summer. [img]cool.gif[/img] In the meantime, my own DD has decided that the outfit really IS cute (she did not like it at all until she tried it on Kit), so I ordered a second one for her. Here's hoping hers will arrive complete!

Hey- My second one came without Pineapples AND the shirt was VERY wrinkly, yucky colored with normal colored straps. Weird.. CS was great about it.Here is a pic next to my good set.

How is the color? They are mailing me replacments.. I hope the new shoes have pineapples.

I didn't get this set the first time around, but the green is the same color as the shoes inside.
I have nothing to compare too though.
