Once I get a doll into an outfit that I feel really suits her, I pretty much leave her in it. My goal originally was to have a Samantha in each of her outfits that I liked, so I have about 6 Samanthas in different ensembles. I change clothes occasionally on my dolls if I get in a new outfit. I do have ONE doll, a Kirsten (older edition) that I was putting a Samantha nightgown on her every night and putting her in her bed. I got this great Josefina bed on ebay that needed TLC, so I made a mattress and comforter, added a pillow and she loves it! Pretty soon it got to be a chore to dress and undress her every day. I have an 8 year old and keeping up with him and his clothes is a task! Just when I think I have the perfect doll in the perfect outfit, along will come something else and I change her!
