Perhaps some of you ladies and gentlemen could advise me.
I am an AG neophyte and brought home my first AG dolls purchased new from AGPLA: Emily, Jess, and GT21. None of the dolls pass the "Just Magic" test for loose limbs. When I lay the dolls on their backs and place their legs at 45 degrees, the legs instantly flop to the surface. They cannot hold their legs in a pose, but they can be positioned so that they can stand. I would describe the standing as
somewhat "precarious". Since these are my first AG dolls, I don't know if this is what I should expect, or not.

The legs should be able to hold a pose--this is a legitimate reason for an exchange. You can call Customer Service to send you a shipping label if you don't live close enough to an AGP to exchange in person.

Many of my ag dolls have loose limbs, when I first bought them they where that way. But it's really weird, like all the AG dolls I bought from the AG place where all somehow defected, like #23's arm was kinda out of the sockout, (sp?) and then I got a Felicity from there, and her legs where really loose, they swung back and forth practiclly!

Thank you Robin. I called AGPLA and talked with a PS. They're taking care of it. Plus I am going to get GT26 when I go up there, and turn her into an historical. She is so lovely!
