Telephone # for Doll Hospital?

I called CS and asked about a phone number for calling the Doll Hospital a while back, but I was told that they don't take customer calls.

Hmm.. that's odd. I called the 800-845-0005 number and asked for the Doll Hospital (about Addy's eye) and had no problems.

It's always been my understanding that you can't call the doll hospital.

Whenever I've sent a doll to the hospital, and they had a question, a representative from customer service would call, and relay the message.
