Please help me! I can't log into the new site!

Girls,
Can you help me?

I just registered at the new site on ProBoard. I got the e-mail confirmation back. When I enter the link in the e-mail no page popped up with a place to enter my activation key. It only came up with a the log in screen but it won't let me log in because I didn't activate my account. I don't know what to do. Please help!! Thanks!!

Did you click on the link or cut-and-paste it into your browser?

I wasn't able to click on the link. It dosn't do anything when I try to click on it. So I tried to cut and paste it in my browser.

Nope I still can't get on the new site! When I tried to copy and paste the link in the browser it only came up with the log in page but it won't let me log in because I didn't put in the key number. I get no screen to put in the key number.

It wasn't anything you were doing, it was totally our fault. We had a troll on the new site already...yes on the FIRST DAY!! So when we banned the troll, it banned everyone with an aol email address.

Thank you both for your help!! I'm on the new site now and I really think our new home will be great. I love the colors!
