Where do all the historical dolls live?

I was thinking about where all the girls are from throughout the US.

I know Samantha is from Mount Bedford, New York
Kit is from Cincinnatti, Ohio
Josefina is from New Mexico
Kirsten is from Minnesot
Felicity is from Virginia
Addy is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

But where are Molly and Kaya from?

Molly lives in Jefferson (fictional suburb of Chicago.)Illinois (reading this from the chirstmas box)
Kaya since her family moves around and there weren't states back then the Nez Perce homeland is what now is, Idaho, Washington and Oregon.

there actually is a jefferson, illinois--i got the map out to try to find where molly lived when i was little. i grew up in east central illinois and wanted to know how far i was from molly.

the real jefferson is about 120 east of st. louis and about 175 miles south of champaign-urbana (and about 90 miles south of where i grew up)

I'm sorry I was looking at a map that shows only the burbs of Chicago. I guess I just figured she was from Chicago becasue in her camp outfit there is a Chicago tribune. But it could have just been her camp. Oops sorry.
