Question on tropical Breezes outfit??

I just recieved this today and it's so cute, but when I went to put it on Jess the shorts fit great, and the top I really had to pull and it's just so tight. Is this normal? I didn't remember reading anything about the top being too tight. Thanks!!

The tops are a little short. At least mine is.

The outfit's shorts and top are tight on both PM and Mattel morsels. I have tried it on both types of dollies. It is just an all around tight fitting outfit.

Yep! I got it just today and put it on Sophia who I just bought in February, so she is very Mattel. The shorts are tight, but not too bad. The top is really tight and has to be pulled up pretty far in order to fasten around the neck. However, once it's all on, it's completely darling.

Now I know that it won't do any good to exchange it for the same thing, I'm still debating just returning it outright and maybe getting Sam's bathing suit. Usually with new outfits, they stay on my doll for at least a couple days in a row while I admire them, this one only lasted about 10 minutes, I just don't think I'm in love with this one. Too bad, it was a good price! Any reviews on Sam's suit? I noticed that this beauty is also on the sale page!

I know it was a tight fit on my doll as well but I remember it being the shorts not the top. I don't have it handy so I can't try it on a doll at the moment. I wonder what experience others have had with this outfit?

I haven't tried it on my Jess yet, but that outfit is pretty tight on my PMs. The only doll I know it fits for sure is my mattel #24. I think, looking at my Jess, that they are a little "chubbier" than the current GOTs and that may be the issue.

Do you think they are all like this? My top seems a bit short as well and since the sorts fit so nicely (I can even have undies on underneath), I'm wondering if I got a dud as far as the top is concerned. I'm debateing calling AG on this one, but thought I would check and see first if they are all this way. It just looks so different from the photo online. She also has quite a good section of skin showing where her shirt doesn't quite meet the top of her shorts [img]eek.gif[/img] .
