Bitty's eyes?

Do your bitty's eyes close at the same time? When I set my new addition on the couch, her left eye closed half way and her right eye was wide open! I called AG and they said that this isn't supposed to be how it is, but I was going to ask you group if it is common? Is there a way to fix it?

Our Bitty's eyes do not close together -- if she is crooked while lying down she might have one eye open and one eye closed. This is true of all 3 of our Bitty Babies. HTH!

Thanks, What if you just slowly lay her down and she is upright and completly level, then do her eyes close seperate?

Hmmm...I would say that if she is completely level her eyes tend to close together MOST of the time. But not 100%. I can't go and test right now, since Bitty (and Blossom and Betsy) is sleeping. [img]wink.gif[/img] I will do a check on all 3 in the morning tho!

They decided to send me a new one. I did tell them she was perfect besides this and that if it's common I would have just hung on to her, but alas a new one is coming out, CS said that Bitty Baby is not supposed to wink at you [img]smile.gif[/img] ! I really think AG has the best customer service I've ever encountered. She did say I could snuggle this one all I wanted until the new one came. Hopefully her eyes will be a bit more level. She is sitting on my bed right now with one eye half closed! It just looks a little off!
