There are SOME rumors that Kirsten's Carpetbag may be retiring sometime. And since Nellie comes from a poorer family, I think it would be very in-character for her.
Samantha's valise is a little cute, but it looks very much like a tiny people-purse to me. I think I'd scope out the mall for tiny cheap purses before I bought the valise.
I have Sam, Kirsten, and Molly's luggage, and Kirsten's is by far my favorite. It is really lovely and holds quite a bit. I stuffed her undies, ribbons, etc. in there. Molly's is also too cute, though unable to hold much. Sam's is my least favorite, but she needed luggage for her Ocean Liner cruise.
