Welcome to the board. There are a ton of people here who will be able to tell you ways to find out if your Felicity is PM. From the sound of it she is. Mattel didn't purchase the company until the late 90's. Anyways, glad to have you!

Welcome! A fairly accurate way to tell if you have a Pre-Mattel doll or not is whether she has the tag on her right side--if she doesn't, chances are good she's PM. Aside from knowing you got your dolls prior to 1999 when Mattel took over, that's usually a reliable method, like if you buy a used doll somewhere and the seller isn't sure.
