You should try again, Melissa - just tell the CS rep what happened, cancel the AG Mag subscription and explain what you want until she understands. [img]smile.gif[/img] The rep I got didn't really know what I was talking about at first, either, but eventually she figured it out and signed me up. I hate calling for things, too, so I know how you feel! I've never liked the phone...but sadly, now answering phones is a huge part of my job and I'm much more used to communicating by telephone than I used to be. [img]graemlins/cell.gif[/img]

After being transferred a couple fo times, I got to the right folks, and mine will be here within 10 days. Yay!

I'm glad there are other people out there who hate calling places as much as I do, LOL! I've never had a bad phone experience with AG but I still don't like calling. I'd much rather do stuff online.
This is wonderful news! I've gotten Imagine since the beginning and always felt so bad that there wasn't a way for others to get it. Love the idea that it's staying free too! [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

Yay! I already get the subscription, but I'm just so happy they are countining it, so they will be sending the people who already subscribe it more magazines! I love that magazine! They have such creative ideas in there for your ag's!
