I never really paid attention to the previous posts on this topic because I had never used a PS. Can a PS accept a free shipping code or can you only use that with CS and online shopping. I want to order Jess's complete collection, but would like to order through my PS so she can pick out the doll.

I was told no. It's just for online and the phone orders.
When they had the $10 off they could take that (I think you had to send your coupon in).

When I was in Chicago, at AGP, I had some items shipped home so I wouldn't have to pay the sales tax and she let me use the free shipping code, saved alittle over $25!
