Don't understand (missing items from theater seats)

?? I thought quite a few of you on this board bought the theatre seats. I just have a simple question and I saw 94 people looked at it and no one replied.
All I wanted to know is --How did the licorice, theatre tickets and popcorn along with the trading card come packed in the box?? I am missing mine and was wondering if it was in a seperate box or made in a spot in the molded styroform, or was it just laying loose in the box? Just wondering if I possibly overlooked it somehow?

Have you rechecked all your packaging materials? If it's not there call customer service for a replacement. I just got the sweet sequins outfit and they forgot to include the watch.

A call to customer service should help. They will tell you if a separate box is coming.

I do not have the seats, but in the past they have told me if different parts of an order were coming in a separate box. Also your order sheet should say "1 of 2" if the pieces are coming separately.
If you discover they made a mistake and left the items out, they are quick about sending things that should have been sent.

I have the theatre seats. They arrived several weeks ago. If I remember correctly, the small pieces--popcorn, licorice, etc.--came in a small bag packed in with the seats. I seem to recall thinking that it could have been easy to overlook.

My dh took the seats out for me, so I am not sure where they were packaged. He's forgotten where the bag was in the box.
I just know that all the items(popcorn,licorice sticks&tickets) were in one small plastic bag.
