Today I recived a My Twinn doll and I'm not kidding, but when I got it, I cried! This was one of the ugliest dolls I've ever seen and I don't think it look like me at all. I can't believe I ordered this as my present! All I can say is: Keep with AG no matter what. Anyone else agree?

I don't have any My Twinn dolls but I have to say I was disappointed with their furniture. It's poorly made compared to AG.

Awwww. i am sorry that your doll was not what you expected. I really want an MT, but how I want her to be, not a mini me or something like that.. I do not think all of them are ugly, some maybe, the eyes.. but some are nice looking..

I think they're kind of creepy as kids but some members have turned their Ty Twinns into parents for the AGs. They don't look as bad as adults.

I knew better than to pay $140 to send a picture and have MT design my daughter's doll because a friend did this and the doll doesn't really resemble her daughter much. Plus, if you look at their catalogue, at least half the dolls don't look like the girls IMO. I chose a friend doll to be my daughter's twin and it resembles her, not perfectly, but pretty close. I actually like the MT dolls, but I prefer the AG's. The MT's are too big and awkward for a girl to carry around. They're jointed so they're more poseable but otherwise, stiff. Thanks, auri, for the tip about the furniture. I've considered buying it but I won't now.
