When I first got Elizabeth she had no eyelash [img]confused.gif[/img] Also, that same Lizzies eye didn't close and stared in a wierd way,like,it mighta been upside down [img]graemlins/sure.gif[/img] <-it could do that!!I replaced it.Did this happen to anyone else?Oh!
The doll I have now has one eye bigger than the other...does american girl have something agains't me!! [img]graemlins/cry_smile.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/broken_heart.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/wilted.gif[/img]

Well, her eyes don't open and close if she has no eyelashes. She must have been freaky w/ out any eyelashes! Well, I've been having a lot of problems w/ ag dolls too, like some of my dolls, it looks like there eye sockets are to big or something, some come w/ loose legs, and loose heads, and one of my dolls, she came w/ her arm out of the socket a little bit. Ditto,my Elizabeth's neck is not the smae as most dolls!

My sister's Marisol has one eye that doesn't have any lashes, and won't open or close. We are going to send her in to the AG hospital and try to persuade them that it is a defect and should be replaced free of charge.

You should definately be able to get your sister's doll fixed for free. How can they overlook no eyelashes!!!!!
