AGP's Do Not Accept Usage of Codes.....

I found this out yesterday when talking to my PS. So....AGP's:
-Do not exchange Meet outfits
-Do not sell sale items
-Do Not accept code usage

...Is this just AGPLA or does NY and Chicago do this too? Are there any other AGP's "no-no's" I missed?

I've heard if you print off the sale page they will honor the sale. At least in NY they do. I would check on this.

It's been said before that AGP's cannot accept discount codes because they have no place to input the code in the register. Also, you should be able to exchange/return the AGT "Meet" outfit because it is available seperately. I know that AG is apparently cracking down on those who repeatedly return the RFF Outfits, but because AG offers the outfit seperate from the doll, it's not really fair to do so. If you want to return or exchange a RFF Outfit, I would bring it with you to AGP, even if your PS says you can't return it. If you just tell them that you have duplicates of the outfit, you SHOULD be able to return it.

I was not able to return the meet outfit at AGPNY. I tried at 2 registers, Customer Service and the Concierge desk.

RFF stands for ready for fun.

Are you able to use a code if you bring the physical catalog with code on it in? Or do the catalogs now have a disclaimer that says cannot be used in stores?

Some personal shoppers will accept the discount codes. I've had them accept them for me before so keep checking with them. You might find someone who will.

I was able to use the Felicity coupon at AGPC with my PS but I had the actual coupon from the movie with me.

I always heard we couldn't use other codes (free shipping, 10%) in the store so I never bothered to try.

I posted about this before. AGPLA will NOT honor the sale prices, even WITH a printout. I was horribly disappointed when I found that out.

(I was after Sam's spring party dress.)

Blegh. I talked to an employee who took me to the register, thought no was a funny answer, and then took me to a manager. They won't honor it because it's "not their policy". [img]frown.gif[/img]
