Here is an album I put together tonight to show you some lamps and shades I found.
I already had the candlestick lights, I put in 15 watt bulbs and found some assorted shades.
You will also see my new "Furniture" I have found. I forgot to mention it in the album. I won the jewelry box/dresser from ebay. The coffee table looking piece is a thrift store find also a jewelry box. The sofa is from, your guessed it "Ross". And Addy's bed was a birthday present to myself.

Your girls are well taken care of---such nice furniture, lamps and covers! Thanks for sharing where you found the various items. I'm going to keep my eyes opened for a dresser similar to your jewelry chest/dresser.

Betty that's exactly the lamp I was going to make. I just don't know if I can find the candle lamps this time of year. Where did you end up finding the shades at. Our one walmarts didn't have them but I haven't tried the other one yet or anywhere else. I love the room, and the jewerly box as a dresser I've got to find one like it, to cute. Then a plain taller one for a chester drawers. Did you crochet the bedspread? I have a pattern for a crochet thread lampshade cover I plan on making when I get the lamps done. I think you did a great job.

love AG, I found the shades at Lowes and Big Lots, nothing at WalMart. Do you have a Mall near you, sometimes they have a home decorating store in them, lots of stuff and maybe they have some of the electric candle lights. The battery ones are most likely out only at Christmas. I also found, but did not buy, at Lowes was a Night Lite that was small enough to use like a wall sconce.
The little crocheted afgan is from my dear departed Mom, who was an avid doll collector. As well as the little doilies under the lamps.
