AG Online Store Closed for Maintenence!

When I tried to log on to the AG shop area there was a message saying the "American Girl Online Store is temporarily closed for maintenence!"

Any speculation what might be going on?

Argh!!!!! I was just about to order Molly's play outfit and Samantha's Talent Show dress. *pouts* I'm at work too so if I want to do it today I'll have to wait till I get home and call them. Which I just might do since the outfits are on the way out.

Maybe they're doing a major update...

You can still get to the shop by going through the Felicity movie link, although I don't know if you can order anything online right now.

I was hoping it was just scheduled maintenance but does anyone schedule maintenance for the middle of the day? Doesn't that usually get done in the wee hours?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Yeah it does usualy happen in the middle of the night. It's regularly down between 1-4 AM PST

They also put that up when they get overloaded or there's be a crash or errors in a part of the site though.

So there's either a major update, or major problem.

You can't get in far enough to order, even using the Movie link. They're doing something or something crashed.

It's sort of back up. You can shop and add things to cart. It looks WEIRD!!! I think they're redesigning the pages.

You can order, I just did. Just be prepared to spend extra time navigating to what you want.
