Anyone else having problems with AG web site?

AG won't let me log in to view my account. Grrrr... I placed 2 orders on May 25th, and they still haven't shipped - they are usually a little quicker than this!

Are you going though the order status on AG? I have to put all my information in on the right side, not the part where you just put in email and password. I finally got my tracking numbers by checking the order status. They never did send me a email with it.

I wanted to order something today, and couldn't log on. I emailed them and they emailed back saying that they were having troubles with their site. That was this morning, so hopefully they fixed everything by now.

I had trouble too. I just went in as a new customer and it worked fine. I'm glad to hear it wasn't just me. I thought they caught on to my cade use [img]tongue.gif[/img] .

I was told that AG has had repeated trouble with some servers snatching their emails (including mine, AOL) before the messages even hit the intended recipients' spam folders.

I never get emails from AG either! I thought it was just me or I was typing my email address wrong.

I used to get order confirming e-mails from AG but haven't in several months. I just thought they'd stopped sending them.

For me, the entire left hand column where they list collections doesn't show up when I use Internet Explorer. It's fine in Firefox, though.

Also, I do get an error whenever I try to log into my account, but I click one of the options to "go back to the previous page" and then it takes me to my account page. Weird.

Ok... it's finally working - for me anyways... took them a few extra days to ship my pkg, at least it will be here in time for my birthday (too bad what's in the box isn't for me - it's for dd's - at least that's what they think [img]tongue.gif[/img] )

I am having problems with the left hand corner too. Has anyone found a solution?
