I saw that silhouette too. The girl has ponytails and an adorable skirt with multiple rows of ruffles. The boy is wearing a ball cap backwards. Very cute.

Hmmm, I don't have any Bitty's, but I'm not sure I'm liking the whole "longer hair" idea. Do most babies have that much hair? If a child wants a doll to play with & style hair, get her an AGOT. Little ones, who they are marketing the Bitty's for, can not style hair. Just one more thing to ask mom to help with. lol. IMO, these will look more like toddlers instead of babies.

So, is this supposed to be a silhouette of the new BT's?....hummmmm

I bet they are going ot be toddlers.

Having raised six kids, my husband and I and our children called any child under three years old a baby. As in "someone grab the baby, he's running away again." I don't think I ever once said "Oh dear, I hear the toddler pulling the books off the shelf again." It was just easier saying baby, baby, baby.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I think that's the point actually. Why make bitty babies as babies when you have bitty for that? Why not grow them up a bit and postion them as toddlers?Originally posted by trvnbrn:

The Bitty Twins page on the AG website says:
"Have twice the fun with this brother and sister pair. These mischievous toddlers fit into all of Bitty Baby?s outfits and furniture."
Toddler it is.
When I was a little girl I loved my baby doll with a little longer hair! I took such good care of her; her hair is still beautiful today. I think that these dolls might sell really well.
Also, if they are releasing new bitty stuff, do you think they will do an AG release at the same time? Anyone heard any hints about this? The bitty stuff is pretty much confirmed, but any hints for the 18" girls?
Jessica
Do you suppose they'll have red-head, Asian, Medium-Skinned, and AA BT's??? That would be cool.
