About Samnthas winter part dress......

My dress is only one piece and never had the basting stitches holding the pleats. My school dress for Sam does have the basting and I just left it in. I wonder if they quit doing that to save money? Anyway, the winter dress is beautiful on Samantha, one of my favorites!

I should have been more clear the dress has two pieces of fabric sewn together but with the sash it looks like one piece. I didn't know they stopped with the basting treads (I guess once you get it you don't think about it. [img]redface.gif[/img] )Yes, my school dress had the basting treads too I hated when I sat her in her desk how the dress rised up her legs. (So improper) So I took the threads out.
