I may be getting Jess for my b-day!!!

Some of you may remember my tread last week about wanting Jess. I was thinking I wouldn't be able to get her for another two weeks, but I came into some extra money, and I'm going to spend it for her!!! I hope to pick her up at AGPC on Saturday. If I order her, she won't be here before Tuesday (birthday). And anyway, with all the wig problems you guys have been having, I'd rather pick her out. Wish me luck!!! [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

Congrats and good luck finding the perfect Jess!

Don't forget to look at her eyes as well as her wig. I spent so much time trying to find a good wig that when I finally found one I didn't notice our Jess had one eye smaller than the other until we were already home from AGPC. I didn't bother trying to exchange her since DD was already attached to her.

Hi-I'm brand new to the board-but what fun it is to read! This thread definitely caught my attention. I just purchased Jess and have her put away for my daughter for her birthday. I love how she is half asian-just like my daughter-she looks so much like her. Anyway-I saw you mention problems with the wigs. Hmmm-maybe I should be checking the doll I have for whatever problems these are before I give her to my daughter. Can somebody perhaps direct me to a thread with some wig info on Jess?
