As many of you have probably noticed, my avatar is totally off-topic, (horsey) and does not match my signature. This is why:
I bought a new camera. It's 6 mega pixel. My last was 2 mega pixel. And no matter how small I make my pictures, (like the size of a smiley) when I try to upload it as my avatar it says "the following file is too big and has been removed." I must be doing something wrong. So could someone please help me with this? I'd greatly appreciate it...
Here are some pics. Feel free to use any of them. I only need one. The first three I took wanting to see if my program could make animated avatars, but it was in vain. So if someone could do an animation on that it would be Kirsten rolling dough back and forth.

Your pictures are really cute. I can't help you with the animation, but I hope someone here can.

Your pics are all wonderful!
I was just at photobucket today and noticed that they now have a special resizing option that will take you pic and turn it into an avatar. Have you tried this option?
You are almost there. Just click on the edit option and then choose to resize as an avatar. It said that it would make it 100 x 75, but since your pic was already square, it made it 100 x 100 which is the perfect size.
